Meet Patricia Lininger

Raised in Michigan, I moved to Los Angeles as a young adult, then to Scottsdale, AZ in 2017, where I enjoy life with my husband, two sons, four dogs, chickens, a cat, and — yes, a beehive!

I entered real estate focusing on the luxury market and helping out-of-town clients buy and sell homes. My first luxury listing sold, in 33 days, as one of the highest in the neighborhood, due to marketing and unwavering commitment to my clients. Our approach is to provide Premiere Service and walk through every step of the home buying and selling process with you. I take pride in working with a diverse clientele of first-time home buyers and sellers, clients looking to upgrade or interested in investment properties.

With a solid administrative background managing a surgery center, medical, and law offices, I bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to every transaction. I enjoy hiking, biking, and rollerblading. I also will not turn down new culinary experiences. As an active mentor and mentor team leader for troubled adults, I get energized through being of service.
